At DIVIDED KINGDOM, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the quality of the products you order.
Refund Policy
Because DIVIDED KINGDOM is a print-on-demand company and each product is made individually after the order is received, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color or if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must have one of the following defects:

Return Process
To initiate a return due to a defect or manufacturing fault:

Contact us within 10 days of delivery via customerservice@divided-kingdom.com.

Submit the "Report a Problem" form and attach a clear photo of the problem.

If your return is accepted, we will offer either a free reprint or a refund.

Items submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your report. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need some time to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact customerservice@divided-kingdom.com.
Loss of Orders
If a package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will be happy to send you a replacement order.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and find the appropriate solution.
